Eating out really can save you time, but it can be hard on your wallet. Buying your own groceries and cooking at home can save you money, and if you are short on time, here are some ideas!

1. Delivery

Have our local grocery store, Broulims deliver to your door. It’s under $10 and they even carry home basics like toilet paper and shampoo. They also offer free curb side pickup.

2. Grocery Pickup

Try Wal-Mart grocery pickup. It’s free, and they have pick-up times to fit any schedule. Take your car, grab a ride, or hitch a ride on the Wal-Mart shuttle located in the front lawn of Delta Phi!

3. Meal Prep Service

Try a meal prep service like Citrus Pear. In Rexburg you can sign up for a class to prep 10 freezer meals. Each meal is made for four people so you can share with a friend or enjoy leftovers. At around $2.50 per serving it can be healthy and affordable!

4. Stores with less traffic

Try going to Albertson’s. It’s a local's favorite and less frequented by students so you can shop without the crowds!

We hope that gives you some ideas to save on groceries and time this semester.
